IIES provides its clients with "Professional site survey and reporting services". Both routine and emergency survey and reporting works are undertaken, which enable the client to confidently gain accurrate and meaningful information to facilitate decision making. Services provided are based upon a proven operating method, which can often be developed to individual and particular client needs.
Project and Programme Management
IIES offers its clients a "Confident and efficient project and programme management approach" on all contracts undertaken. The company's approach to each contract is based upon early planning and understanding of the clients requirements. Each aspect of the contract is carefully managed from award through to handover, inclusive of technical, quality and safety. IIES apply a customary approach to all contracts undertaken, however, we always maintain a degree of flexibility in providing the best possible service for our clients.

Design, Documentation and Technical Services IIES offer a "Complete design service", which is an in house facility; based at our Cheshire offices. Design & technical services are provided for the majority of MEICA processes, which include: Outline and detail design, inclusive of full CAD services; Technical advice on Water and Wastewater systems; and preparation of final documentation. Participation in HAZOP / HAZCON, design reviews are services that are also available. Construction and Installation The Company operates and maintains a "Complete MEICA construction & installation service for process and pumping equipment"; usually associated with Water & Wastewater Treatment. Manufacture and installation of equipment for contracts is undertaken by our own "Fully trained and multi-skilled operatives". Construction / Installation services include: Mechanical pipework & pumping plant works; E & I control & process equipment works; PLC and automation works; Chemical dosing works and borehole & booster pumping plant works. Inspection and Testing IIES undertake "Detailed inspection & testing works" on behalf of its clients. Services offered range from complete MEICA systems to stand alone systems, which are used to verify equipment is "Fit for purpose and is in compliance with client standards / specifications". Inspection & testing services can be tailored to client requirements, based upon Client / IIES development of needs. Commissioning IIES offer a "Complete commissioning service", either for complete systems or for individual processes. Services provided include the preparation of detailed documentation, Pre-commissioning liaison & advice, Undertaking of commissioning duties and Provision of final documentation. IIES are confident of the expert commissioning service they can provide.

The Company offers "Excellent servicing / Maintenance services" to its clients; in helping to maintain the operation of existing treatment plants throughout the UK. Services range from the Refurbishment of complete treatment plants, through to providing essential spares and undertaking routine maintenance works. Servicing & maintenance services are fully documented for traceability and client convenience
